We will meet with your management to plan the project and study your requirements:
- Elucidate key HansaWorld concepts and features.
- Determine how the software modules are to be customized to match the desired The Company work flow.
- Determine what customized forms and reports are required beyond those included standard with HansaWorld Enterprise.
*** This work requires part-time participation of your project sponsor, your project manager, and the full-time participation of the remaining project team members. The work is typically carried out at your site(s). |

| Software configuration and report design |
After the requirements study and before the training, we will confirm the desired configuration and customized forms/reports configure the HansaWorld modules accordingly program customized forms and reports.
*** If any this work requires part-time participation of your project manager, and is usually carried out off-site at our offices.

| Software installation |
We then return to your site to install the software.
*** This work requires full-time participation of your IT manager, and is usually carried out at your site(s).

| Database build-up and data migration |
We will assist the users in preparing and entering master data, and assist in the migration of historical data.
The following are examples of master data:
- Chart of accounts
- Customer/Supplier/Employee lists
- Item list
The following data are normally required to be ‘migrated’ from legacy system to the new system:
- Nominal ledger account opening balance
- Outstanding accounts receivable/payable invoices
- Opening item balances

End user training
|
We then remain at your site to provide training to your staff using the selected modules, in English or Vietnamese.
*** This work requires part-time participation of your project manager, and full-time for your accounting and operations staff, and is usually carried out at your site.
In case Customers would like to organize focused training sessions at a single location, we offer to host the training in our Vietsourcing training centers.

We offer to provide the above facilities at cost and a small administrative fee. We are pleased to discuss further if you are interested in this option for user training.

| Business process simulation |
We will conduct a “trial run” of the configured system to test suitability and correctness, and identify outstanding issues.
*** This work requires full-time participation of your project manager, and half-time for your project staff, and is usually carried out at your site(s).

| User documentation |
In addition to the standard HansaWorld User Manual, we will present you with user documentation based on the actual business scenarios for which you will use the software.
The user documentation will be prepared in advance during the configuration and business process simulation phases, and will be available in time for the software implementation.

| Go Live |
We will assist the Group operations staff in the implementation of the HansaWorld software. This will include:
- Setup beginning balances and key-in entries using monthly net transactions to bring the balances to the beginning of the current month.
- Assist the staff in processing 20 to 30 transactions per module. The Company staff will then continue to process the succeeding transactions.
- Review one month’s financial statements and reports generated by each module.
The implementation phase shall be considered completed after one month’s financial statements and reports have been generated and reviewed by Vietsourcing and submitted to The Group’s management.
During this phase, our consultants will work at your site one day per week for duration of four weeks.
During this time, including when our consultants are not at your site, the work requires the half-time participation of your project manager, and full-time participation of the remaining project team members.

| Final Review |
Approximately two months after implementation, we will make a follow-up visit to identify any problems and assist in resolving them, review the use of the system, and make suggestions. |
| |
|
| Support |
We provide phone, fax, and email support for six months following completion of implementation. Thereafter, support is available on an hourly basis, or as per an additional support contract proposal. |
