Le Thanh Cong - Chairman of BOD

Mr Cong has many years of experience in Auditing, Management and IT consulting.

He oversees the strategic development of the group.

Mr Cong obtained SAP MM Solution Consultant Certificate.

Lang Trinh Mai Huong IFAC, FCCA, CPA - General Director

Ms Huong has extensive experiences in Financial Consulting, Accounting, Tax, Management Consulting, and is a senior trainer of the above fields.

Ms Huong is a member of VACPA, and is in charge of Audit quality assurance for all audit firms in Vietnam. Besides her active role as an ACCA member, she is also the sole representative of Vietnam in the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).

Nguyen Thu Hang

Ms Hang is our Training Manager. She has many years of experience in working and teaching in fields of Accounting, Taxation and Finance.

Ms Hang is one of the earliest trainers of CAT in Vietnam.

Her in-depth knowledge on ACCA programs enables her to design the most suitable and professional courses for students. It also enables her to evaluate and select the most relevant lecturers for Vietsourcing.

Rachel Tran, ACCA, MBA

Ms Rachel is managing the Finance Consulting services and is a partner of Vietsourcing. Before joining Vietsourcing, she was a Finance Director for Pranda, UK, part of Pranda Group specializing in distribution of retails and wholesales.

She has also played many important roles in Finance consulting projects for many countries in EU, Canada, USA and Vietnam. She has been an ACCA members since 2004 and she completed her MBA at Edinburgh University - one of the top five universities in the United Kingdom.

Vu Quynh Trang

Ms Trang is in charge of the Finance, Accounting and Tax consulting service.

She has many years of experience in fields of Accounting Consultancy and Audit for many national and international companies in various areas.

She also has many years of experience in stated-owned Vietnamese companies especially with the Taxation authority.

Duong Quynh Ngoc

Ms Ngoc has many years of experience in Business and is currently in charge of the training division and the Recruitment services. In addition she is also managing the payroll systems for HR consultancy services for many businesses.

Her knowledge and experience play a vital role in human resource restructuring for many businesses such as Manufacturing companies and other service providers in general.

Vu Hoai Duong

Mr Duong is an expert in ERP and IT consultant. He has many years experience in Business Application selection and Consultancy, and is knowledgeable in state-of-the-art technology application, which is used in Vietnam.

Francis Ong

Mr Francis is director of Ho Chi Minh branch office of Vietsourcing Group Joint Stock Company and is a key lecturer of Management Accounting and Financial Management subjects. During the past eight years, he has taught ACCA, CAT, CIMA programs and other Finance short courses in Malaysia, China, Vietnam and Lao. Apart from teaching experiences, he has more than 10 years working in fields of Commerce, Consulting, Manufacturing, Marketing, Business administration and Finance Management.

Le Hong Minh

Ms Minh is currently our Chief Information Officer.

With many years experience in FPT-Software, she has extensive experiences in software outsourcing projects for foreign companies. She has also analyzed, designed and developed softwares in many projects with partners in UK and took part in developing applications for e-commerce websites.

She has also managed a project for developing client applications operated in web and mobile background for a bank in the UK.
