How candidate can know about their strong-weak points after each interview?

Many candidates feel disappointed and worried when they are under evaluated in interview. Some of them even feel disappointed before the refusal of the recruiters.

What should you prepare for the next interview?

 

Pay attention to weak points in your past interviews

Recruiters all know that failure in interview is one of factors providing you more experiences for future interview. If you are successful in the interview, good, but if not, you should not be depressed.

"The person you are talking with is the best evaluator for you."

It is, therefore, during interview, interviewer can explore their strong and weak points of each candidates and they have right to choose a suitable one from their perspective. However, most of candidates do not know how they are evaluated after the interview.

And they are often hesitant to consult with the interviewers. This is a setback because candidates will do not know about their good and bad points for future interviews.

Create opportunities for your self

The problem is that, candidates often apply for a single company while there are many other companies offering the same positions. Therefore you should not miss other potential positions. You should make up many resumes to shoot to different companies.

If you submit your resume to only one company and you are ignored, you will feel disappointed and have no other opportunities to look for. This will accelerate your borings.

Make yourself different from the rest of other candidates to make strong impressions. Many candidates consider asking for a job as if they are selling labor force so they often underestimate themselves. A HR manager of a foreign company suggest: candidates should think that recruiters are in need of them.

To make strong impression for recruiters, candidates should send their resume soonest or latest compared to others.

During interview, candidates should actively raise relevant questions rather than passively answering questions.

Try your best

Good communication, honesty give you good points before recruiters. For foreign companies, it is offensive to speak ill of other enterprises.

Candidates should be confident in talking about limitations, orientations for company in a certain time. In this way, potential recruiters would think you are enthusiastic and want to work for them in long term.

Candidates should dress properly and timely for interview. Job seekers need to update themselves with various information, communication kills and social understanding.
