Warming up session: “Telephone skills” Excellent start!
On this very occasion, new comers had good opportunities to communicate and learn from experienced colleagues. And it was also a good chance for people to be close to each others. Additionally, board of director was so friendly and was willing to respond to all inquiries. The training lasted in only 2 hours but knowledge volume and interesting things people felt were so great. Especially, after the training, theories have been effectively put into daily life in general and in work in particular.
Lessons from relaxing moments With practical quizzes and games, learners are equipped with understandable, simple but condense information. The game “Reading a passage, holding a pen in your mouth” was a good hint and practice for opening and friendly communication. The game also created very refreshing atmosphere in the training. There were also other situations which were actively participated by learners. The class was divided into groups which triggered enthusiastism in chasing for scores. The class became warmer and warmer to the final part. “Hard” but “fair play” competitions! Team work skills was strongly used in “True or False” or in “Problem identifying” parts – which required group efforts and collaboration. Groups were named in a funny ways with Bi Dao, Vit, Kool, Huyen Dieu, Do La and group 4+1. In a group, each “chain” has his own task and can develop his own capacity, reasonable judgments will be appreciated. There came close relation among members. Collective efforts which leading to best results were highly appreciated.
Good... ending! Two hour-training passed by quickly but all people felt happy and refreshed. This was chance for leaders and staff to have mutual understandings. At the end of the training, winers were awarded with presents from BOD. And Group Kool was honored as “Best impressive name”. There were 3 loser teams! The winers were allowed to decide penalties for three loser teams. Of course, it was a funny penalty in form of short fashion shows. This was a promising beginning for the campaign “Improving skills and techniques for staff” and it was also a positive signal for coming trainings. >> Next training course: "Telemarketing" By: Kim Loan - Dieu Huyen |
