Courses for business simulation have been developed by Vietsourcing to provide participants with practical working skills.

During the course, participants can:

• Work as staff
• Work in the simulation environment
• Practice by dealing with assigned tasks in forms of case studies. These will be guided, evaluated by experienced lecturers in different fields.
• Learners can act as accountants, financial analysts or auditors to deal with appointed missions by their boss (lecturers).
• Learners perform real tasks of a staff through scenarios. Those kinds of tasks are often assigned to a staff whey he/she starts his/her career (accountant or other roles depend on the courses) in actual working environment.

There are many difficult cases in the courses to promote communication between different accountants or customers and providers… Some needed to be solved through group discussion.

Scenarios exercises are designed with practical tasks and missions to enable learners to:

• Practice professional knowledge
• Apply professional and office skills
• Use working tools skillfully such as:
  • System of notebooks, documents (available documents or documents setup by learners during practices)
  • Software (accounting software, ERP software...)
  • Office machines (computer, printer, fax and photocopy...)
• Be confident in dealing with difficulty and complex situations in reality
• Gain valuable and practical experiences

To provide experience and overall view about actual works, scenarios are put into simulation business environment with full working process of accounting department (or other departments). The working process involves the participation of other departments as well as of customers and providers.

Participants will be guided and evaluated by experienced lecturers during the course. Lecturers are chief accountants, finance directors or senior auditors. Participants will be evaluated and granted with certificates by Vietsourcing after the courses.

After the courses, learners can:

• Put the theories into practice as well as skillfully apply their working skills such as communication, work management and problem-solving skills... into work;
• Become experienced to catch up with the working pace right from the start;
• Have overall view of the operation machines, management and control process especially the accounting system of an enterprise;
