1.Objective of assignment:

The assignment of this national consultant is to support ASMED White Book drafting Team in all activities with regard to planning, consolidating and writing, publishing the SME White Paper.

2. Specific tasks:

The national consultant will support the White Paper Team of ASMED and the international consultant in the following specific tasks:

• To develop, consolidate comments and finalize the outline of the While Paper on SME;
• To prepare substantive and logistic matters for meetings and seminars on the White Book/annual SME status report;
• To collect, digest and compile all information on policies, programmes, figures/data on SME development done by provincial authorities, line Ministries, international donors and relevant stakeholders to make inputs for the White Paper;
• Based on all relevant comments from experts, Ministries, agencies… to revise and finalize the different drafts of White Paper on SME;
• To support the Team on other activities relating to the SME White Paper;

3. Requirements

• A relevant university degree, at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field
• Research background and/or postgraduate is an advantage
• Good knowledge on business environment and/or SME development in Vietnam
• Good command of reading and written English, of MS Office software
• Exprience in White Book will be an advangtage
